From the loin this popular cut is simply superb.  Can be used as a joint, as chops or as a 'Guard of Honour'
We carefully french trim the rack leaving the top of the bone exposed for appearance and for ease of eating..  
Our Lamb is selected from Scotland's Lowland pastures, is full of flavour and is trimmed to suit modern demands.
Each rack is 500g - 550g.
